Being part of a collaborative team that gets our accounts back on track
In Kensington and Chelsea, we put local residents and businesses at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to deliver quality services that are responsive, effective and efficient. Ensuring quality housing for both owners and residents of social housing is a priority. We generate significant revenue from major works and rental charges for the social housing stock, most of which is reinvested in maintenance, improvement and regeneration.
Following the pandemic, we have a backlog of rental charges and major accounting work to be completed. You will help us get back on track by calculating and reconciling charges and producing final accounts. Providing excellent service is important and your success will depend on working with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and customers. You will also help to develop systems and organize the necessary audits. Managing large amounts of data and paying attention to detail is a major challenge.
